Land line & broad band not working

Dear sir,

I wish to inform that from the date of installation land line number 431 2471025 not working and for the past one month broad band internet connection also failed to work. we have several time lodged complaint by phone and also we given complaints personally to local exchange (crawford).

But upto so far no action took place. We suffering without connection.

We are sorry to say if this situation continued we may forced cancel both connection and we go for other connection such as AIRTEL, TATA. OR RELIANCE.

Please do the needful immidietly other wise cancell the connection
