Wrong delivery of book

I had ordered 'The fourth Estate' by Jeffrey Archer edition, publisher - Pan Macmillan, priced INR 315.

Somehow they delivered me a '97 edition by publisher - Harper Collins, priced INR 199.

I called them 'n' no. of times, but still my query isn't resolved, and its been a month now.

Neither are they replacing the book, nor sending the remaining amount back.

Such a _ company.
