Delay for getting connection

plz suggest me? This is DATE 2.11.2009 I deposited the security money Rs. 600 for postpaid connection to TATA INDICOM SALES EXCUTIVE MR. AMIT (CODE NO. DLD003D TO 573). Till date i did n't get any positive response. They don't picked up my call also. customer receipt no. 10061. First time call me costumer care and tell me in 249 rupees post paid connection and you get 600 minutes std or local and100 sms in this packege. two time call me a girl for my address and ID prooff . and after that no response to me. Now my connection prepaid my no.9250486637. in these no calls to me 09278114171/9212545866/01164638323 . plz suggest me? plz suggest me?

now i am calling but not responce me and telecallar miss behave me.

telecallar says that we are no sarvice provide this aria. whan i tellecaller call me after 2 hours tata indicom executive came my home.
