Not Working from last Seven day

We got installed airtel lease line .it stopped working last week. We complaint all the concern person regarding this. But the airtel people could not resolve the problem. They are internally so confused and do not have proper cordination for resolving problem. Kindly solve our problem. we are facing huge business loss due to it.
