This is the regarding the Order # 100101517 (Invoice # 10006814) that I had placed for prescription glasses on your site LENSKART on 01-May.

Please note that the Prescription Glasses are delivered but with the wrong prescription.

The prescription for the Right Eye (OD) mentioned was |SPH -3.75 |Cyl 0.50 |Axis 90

whereas it has been delivered with following prescription |SPH -3.75 |Cyl 0.75 |Axis 90

Kindly RESHIP the SAME order with the correct prescription ASAP without any further delay & also arrange for PICKUP of your previous delivered glasses.
