Letsbuy cheating us

Hi,

First of all, Lets Pray that I will be the last one who will be cheated by the LetsBuy.

I had placed an order (Number: LSB-691156) for Maxima E-04811CMGSC Steel

Chain Round Steel Plated Men's Watch and the great Letsbuy delivered me another model (E-0157CMGYD),

which is very cheaper than the model which I requested. Even I called customer care(?), they are not giving a proper reason, why it is happened.

I am just wondering that, how they, means letsbuy can build a goodwill on market, if they are doing such things and not caring about customer satisfaction.

i am really feeling reluctant towards buying any other item on lets buy.

Request consumer court to help me out in this case.
