Smart consumer checklist
1.The average Indian consumer shops online, expecting products to be delivered speedily. However, this Delhi-based company Letsbuy.com is inefficient in their services.
2. The website doesn't seem to get updated properly. Moreover, they do not have a warehouse where they maintain an inventory. Since, they do not invest in inventories, and source the product from the supplier, the delivery time is affected.
3. I do not know if the payments happen through a secure gateway.
4. Reversal entries (refunds) don't happen smoothly. The customer care staff are unable to put across themselves correctly, the way they draft their emails or letters is very poor.
5. Do they sign the guarantee or warranty card?
