Not refunding my money

My Order No. LSB-340813 the order placed by me is for Nokia C2-03 (White Light Gold) mobile handset for Rs.3834/-. On 29 Aug.

Dear Sir/Madam

With reference to my Order No. LSB-340813 the order placed by me is for Nokia C2-03 (White Light Gold) mobile handset for Rs.3834/-. Payment was done from my SBI Netbanking account. My bank transaction ID is IG64679077. Within minutes the money Rs 3834 was deducted from my account as I got the msg on my mobile from the bank.

After ordering I called the customer care & they told me the order is confirmed and I would get the product in 4-7 working days as mentioned on the web page. Then after a week I called them again and told me I would get it in 7-10 working days as the product is not available in their stock. On 8th Sep 2011

I cancelled the order. When I asked them when will I get the money back they told me that it would take 4-7 working days. After that I called many times customer care but they kept telling me lame stories and other lies. Till date I had not received any refund in my account.

They are keeping my money for almost a month now. Now I want a total refund immediately including the compensation for the coupon and the time I wasted. Other customers beware from any transactions at letsbuy.Com
