Product not deliver after the payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I order a Samsung SCX-3201G/XIP Multi Function Printer through letsbuy.com on 20/09 by paying Rs.7020.00 through net banking (HDFC Bank vide transaction reference Number 920164652, 3887412-EBSEtreeMarketingPvt. The company offer to deliver the printer in 4 to 7 working days. From 24th sep 20011 I called daily on the customer care no for deliver my product on urgent basis because I am a authorized agent of Hindustan Times Media Ltd & they promised me that your printer will deliver on today or tomorrow. Now 10 days have passed but the company did not deliver the printer till date.

Please take the necessary step as soon as possible. Looking for an early response.
