Bad and Unprofessional service

Hi, I ordered for a Cowon iAudio E2 Mp3 Player 4Gb (Black) and my order id is LSB-484436. I ordered it on 14/10 morning and it hasn't been dispatched yet!

I am very disappointed with their service, it is very unprofessional of them.

It has already been 9 days since i placed the order (LSB-484436) and i promptly cleared all the payment related problems 6 days ago and my payment has already been verified for more than 6 days and my product hasn't been dispatch yet!!

From last 5 days, The status of my product (LSB-484436) is showing "ready to ship"!

I am constantly mailing them for last 6 days and always same reply (after 1-2 days of sending mail) : "will be shipped and delivered as priority!! ". I think they don't understand the meaning of Priority.

Why are they not shipping it?

Their service agreement clearly declare "4-7 days for delivery!! " and now it has already been 9 days since order and 6 days since payment confirmation,

I wish if they Either ship it ASAP or cancel the order and refund my amount if they cannot abide by service agreement.

I am a frequent E-Buyer and has bought multiple things from E-bay and flipkart and never had such horrific experience.
