Fake promises

Its really surprising how letsbuy treating its customers and taking care of logistics.

Ordered a coffee machine on 6th November, no response till 14th Nov.

(it was mentioned in the product details, that DELIVERY period is 2-4working days)

After a sour mail on 14th to letsbuy, my order was finally shipped on 16th nov.

And today, 17th nov, i get a mail from letsbuy that, delivery failed because, consignee was not available.

PLEASE NOTE:

I was home since yesterday dint move out atall, AND... I guess if there were intentions to deliver the order, then the designated courier person should have placed one call on the number provided to find out about the address or availability...

Its surprising to see such response in today's competitive market.
