Fraud / Wrong Product sent / Customer Harassment

Letsbuy.com is the worst online retailer. I placed an order (1012159) on 20th April and they sent my a wrong product (fraud???). Despite repeated complaints (mails/calls/ tweets/ Facebook posts…u name it) they are no giving any proper response even after a week! This is harassment.
