Letsbuy.com / Flipkart.com
Product not delivered & Money not refunded

I have paid for an order number: LSB-1042962 for a Toshiba 32 inch LCD (INR: 21990) on May. But they could not deliver the product because of sales tax issues. So it was returned to origin by Bluedart. But till now they have not refunded the money. The Bluedart site shows "Need Dept. Name/Number. Could not deliver". For the last three weeks, whenever I call their customer care, I get the reply "Please wait for 24-48 hours". From today onwards, their number is not in service, because they have not paid the bill. When I call Flipkart.com, who took over Letsbuy.com, they tell they can't do anything.
