Non receipt of item

I have ordered 1 no. Of transcend jetflash t3 16gb pen drive (ts16gjft3s) against order no. Lsb-893666 on 03-mar. I have made online payment of rs. 675/- On the same day.

As per their norms delivery period mentioned is 2 to 4 working days. But at least I should get delivery details of the same if my order is taken in process.

To day I have checked my email but still there is no dispatch information regarding the same. I have seen complaint lunched by various customers, I afraid that like them I will also suffer by letsbuy.Com either by not getting my product or non refund of my amount.

I think for a better online business most important thing is to develop a faith in customer by providing necessary information about their order. Other wise it takes no time to loose your good will.

Lets hope I will get my ordered item very soon
