The only thing that they do on time or before the time is Collecting the payments from the customers. They should have this kind of speed service in attending complaints also. The Customer care people also do not have the manners of talking to a customer. Firstly they should be given proper training in answering queries and handling the customers in a polite way. Finally I have donated one month subscription charges to them and have discontinued their service. They Should understand that customers are their asset and they should not play the fool with the customers. All these complaints will lead to shut down of SSV very soon in the future.
