2GB Hosting - No customer Service, Data Loss

I'm facing the problems with 2GB Hosting since many days. I have 4 websites hosting on its server and most of them are facing problems since last week. Called many times but nobody picks up the phone. On chat, sometimes they say they are shifting their office and once told that the server got crashed. I do not know what to do. I do not have any backup of the DB and it seems they also did not take any backup.

I want to know what can be done against this company as it is their responsibility to take the entire backup daily either before changing the server or even if it is crashed. I have so much of data that will be lost if they will not do anything. Can I take some legal action against them?
