Sir,

Internet speed is so feeble that I could not open any of the pages from any site. Some times it is far behind by a snail. I telephoned to the local sancharnet (12678). I was instructed to call some other numbers but none of my calls were attended. I don't know what I should do now and whom to complain about this.

Can you please tell me how to resolve this problem.
