3G DATA CARD
3G IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I am the first user of 3G bsnl data card internet. Biased by the faulty advertisement of basn high speed internet card, i purchase the same sim card and device from the bsnl, Kalyani office on 14th july. I spend around Rs 3000/- for the same to get high speed internet in my pc.

But i am not getting the benifit for which i am being paid. The frequent disconnect, not getting the signal, and moreover after few minutes the device is getting so hot that it is automatically getting closed.

Therefore i request you to find out the ways to solve the problems. Otherwise i will be compeled to surrend the sim along with device.
