Faulty internet!

From last 1 month, my internet is not working. Everytime i want to connect the internet there has been a error, what a fu***ng facility bsnl give to their customers? Many times i go to the bsnl office for complaint but no one comes to my house to attend the complaint, bsnl hasx a very very poor facility, bsnl is just like a shit, fu***ng shit!
