Non-connectivity for last 5o days

I have informed to BSNL Aligarh about my transfer to new address on 01-02, on which the BSNL-Aligarh had connected the Telephone connectivity by 20th Feb (with delay) but still after many repeated reminders and requests today on 20-03 the SDO (ph no 9412000717) and DEO (9412757601) misbehaved with me and denied to take any actions. They switched-off their respective mobiles and harassed me with abuses as and when they picked up their mobiles.
