My name is Suryanarayanan Complained about more than 10 times to the customer care of this company no response from the concern team or the department. I have been complaining for no signal and wireless interface connection failed. Reason: The specific network is not available for about a month this problem is more than 70 times same problem for tikona connection. My complain nos are 1-692941077 dt 05.08. but no one has bothered to attend the complain. Every time they promise to rectify the problem within 24 hours but 24 days has already passed.
