No user id and passord to check account usage

I got my broadband connection in the month of january.but still i din receive my user id and password to check my account usage... i went direlcth to bsnl office and asked but i din get the proper query from them... then i called to customer care but there too i din receive any query... so am requesting u to create a new user id and password and forward to my mail id as i mentioned above and call to my land line number and inform me...
