Reliance Hi Speed Data card Not working

Ref: Reliance data card connection No. 9326605578

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are facing problem in connecting internet thru Reliance data card since last 4 days and this no. is used by our respected chairman Sri S.M.Jalan

It came to our notice that the line got disconnected due to the change in address applied by us on 26/03 thru the nearest Reliance webworld situated in our locality (Alipore - Kolkata).

We had lodged complain to the customer care no. provided on the website of Reliance communication. We had also communicated the issue to Alipore Webword. Complain ID provided by reliance customer care against this issue is 123608108

We have been running from pillar to post from last 4 days to get it rectified but I regret to say that no one in Reliance is in position to provide us any solution. Moreover they are not even in the position to update us on the issue. They only keep on saying that your concern has been forwarded to respective dept. and you will get the solution very soon. They keep on telling us that it is not a big issue and problem will get resolved soon.

Our respected Chairman is not in the town since last week and due to disconnection of the line, he has become handicapped and unable carry on business. We are suffering alot because of this and it is becoming very painful to us.

We request your sincere intervention in this regard and looking for a strong action against the culprits.
