LIVERPOOL FC/MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP PACK NOT DELIVERED

I have been registered to Liverpool FC through online portal to their International Membership. And My Membership NO. is 000010659037.It had been passed six months since my payment (Rs.2981.00) done to their accounts via credit card and i have acknowledgement, but no membership pack yet arrived to my address. Then i was started to mailing them(:contactus@liverpoolfc.tv via this enrstuart225@gmail.com email), but no pack yet i received and they continuously assured me that wait for some time. So please help me.
