Undelivered and wrong PRODUCTS and Mental Harrasement

On 20 July I placed 3 orderes amounting to rs 22000 with The company for getting Products and a 2 Lakh Gold Voucher that i can redeem all at once on SURATDIAMONDS.com

1) I was promised i will get a bulk voucher of 2 lakhs that can be used to buy any product from above website

2) I was told that no additional payments will be made.

3) I was not ready to place the orders due to previous bad reviews of the company but was getting calls daily at my work place.

4) For abot 40 days i did not receive my vouchers, after numerous phone calls and email complaints on their Customer care.

5) When i got them i got 40 Vouchers worth 5000 each that cannot be clubbed.

6) They can only be used on selected products but of value 8000 plus, so every time i need to do a additional payemnt for buying things.

7) Even still i keep getting calls to make additonal payment so that i can receive a unique code where i can club these vouchers. The payment requested varied from 7000 to 15000.

8) When i want an explanation for this i am called we will check and come backj and they never do, next day i receive similar call and have to repeat history again.
