Very useless and very costly service. Our hospital tried this service for a long time. They give very very badly trained agents who do not know ABCD of medicine. All they say is 'ok give me your phone number and email'. Very stupid. The same thing can be done with a form which is free. liveserv costs Rs 25 for every chat they do. We had complaints from patients who had requested for angioplasty treatment and Liveserv agent asked patient to contact our dermatology department!! Agents they have are completely clueless. poor training. very bad customer service. The bpo team leaders also have very little knowledge about what they are talking. Can the call centre employees be blamed if the team leaders themselves have so little information?
The only thing prompt about liveserv is when they have to collect payments. They shoudl stop this service and become a cheque collection agency
They claim to help you increase getting sales leads. We now do lead generation with just a simple and well desgined form. We get 3 times as many responses. Earlier we used to get patients irritated for the bad liveserv service. They charged us over 50000 rupees every month for a long time. Total fraud service
