LM-169 Is Cheeting Plan

Dear Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My Modem Number is - 9332024042. Yeasterday i submit a complain for my netconnect modem, Which is In a unlimited plan (Rs.169 LM) but yesterday at 11.59 p.m. my modem is gone to minus (-) Net balance & Stop His work before the next recharge date. My rechage date is 9th august. This problem I fased In previous month. Then I fased same problem in this month (July). I complain for this to the area manager- Debashish (His Contact Num:-9749256546 ) & other Internet Specialist Arijit (His Contact Num:-9330422223) Of Reliance Again & again, but Some One Could not Resolved my problem. So I am harassed again & again. Sir so please Tell me what can I remove this cheeting Sarvice??? Sir please tell me what can I do For this??? Please help me as soon as possible.
