5-IN-1 (SOFA CUM BED)
Product was delivered torn

Dear sir,

I have ordered a 5-in-1 sofa cum bed during the month of Dec and the product was delivered on 06-01 on COD for Rs 5200/-. On opening the sofa I found that there are multiple holes and as a result the sofa does not inflate when air was pushed in. Since then I tried to call on 09718403945 but nobody was responding to my distress calls. The product is lying unused & I feel I was cheated by the company. I am also sure many customers who purchased the product online had also met with such fates. Please help me get back my money or replace the product with a good one.
