6GB plan 6 months
Non fulfilling promise

I have paid for six months internet plan. But connection remained out of order for many days totalling more than 15 to 20 days. they have not extended the period of 6 months by that many days due to which i have not been able to use the full 6 GB allotted. Also on 2-3 ocasions they have not solved complaint for more than three days. I want the extension of plan for the non working days of internet.
