Cheating in Bidding Process

I have been bidding on Magicbid.com where you put bid, it will last for 15 seconds until you declared winner if anybody else put bid before 15 seconds timer gets zero.

On 17/07 I put a bid on YES 8 GB Portable media player. When I put a bid of Rs. 759.00 it last for 15 seconds and showing ending... This remained last for 19 minutes. During this time no one else had put a bid. And My internet broadband connection was working as well. Also on other products from magicbid, bidding was going on as usual. So I must have been cleared winner but after 19 minutes else bid have been considered and I was outbid.

I think the Magicbid.com considered to be a Cheater Site. Please dont follow them
