Poor broad band service

Sir, Dt. 18.4.2011

I am bsnl landline broadband subscriber (01822-227213) since last mre than 5 years. But since last some month the broad band service is so poor. Sir Pl give attention to my problems as below:-

1. My broad band not working properly (disconnecting freuently} I registered complaint no. (i) 1002249077 16.02.2011 (ii) 100282889 04.04 2011 (iii) 100297110 18.4.2011. No body attend my problem properly so my b.and still not working properly.

2. Sir, i given application for my change address in sept to bsnl kapurthala office. till now i am not getting my telephone bills at my new address.

Therefore it is requested to you kindly arrange to solve my problems.
