Cancellation for booking ID's FLT000015025872 and FLT000015025978 were made via Make My Trip Website. The cancellations were made before April 17

Refund amounted to Rs. 16.356 only. (Rs. 3, 879 * 2 and Rs. 4, 299*2). However refund of Rs. 3, 879 has not been received till date i.e May 19.

Repeated attempts to get in touch with Make my trip have not resulted in any positive feed back
