Efund of money for unsuccessful transaction

My name is Pankaj Sharma..I made a transaction on makemytrip.com to book a ticket..It was for Rs.5692 and was made on June 5.Although, the transaction was unsuccessful, they charged me for it (for Rs.5692)..Since then I've mailed them for about a hundred times now, but don't see any constructive reply from their side..I also have given them each and every detail (bank statements, etc.) that they have asked for but for no vain. I am really disappointed with the services of a firm as big as this and dont see myself doing any further business with them..
