I had a worst experience with http://mall.coimbatore.com.

They claimed to do door delivery of ice creams. But they did not deliver at door. They called my dad from a bus stop and asked him to come and pick it up. The delivery guy did not even have the ice cream in an ice box.By the time my dad went to the bus stop the ice cream was melted!! And they did not include the sender's message at all. My parents were left guessing who sent it and they finally managed to find my name from the credit card receipt which was in the ice cream box!

Also I sent black forest cake and chocolates to a friend. They delivered a dry chocolate cake and no chocolates. After I called and fought with them for 2 days they sent a can of tomato soup! Now how weird is that!!

Please stay away from these online gifts sending sites.
