Manashosting
Problem not resolved till now

Dear sir,

i have purchase the hosting package from manashosting from last 2-3 months there is problem from last 19 days i unable to send or recieve the mail from my mail id my domain name is manacomputers.co.in they have told me to reaise the ticket i have raised the ticket id is cvc-571512 they have told me to wait for 6 hours after 6 hours they have told me to contact with there billing team for change the name server according to the helm control pannel and the billing department have change the name server after that now the tech team of manashosting are telling tehre is no time when the issue will solve and it will solve or not they don't know

and they are also telling me to migrate to other control pannel there is the problem witht he contol pannel and when i tell to billng team or sales team to migrate they are telling me to pay the rs. 2000

so my requet is that kindly take action against the manashosting company and tell them when teh helm cp is not working properly tehn kindly they have to close it and migrate to the other cp not only for me every customers who are using the helm cp
