Erratic Connectivity of Broadband

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a subscriber of BSNL Broadband connection on telephone no: 01632 222722. I want to bring to your notice the carelessness of all officials concerning Broadband connectivity. The connection works like an employee of a Gov service i.e at its own sweet will. Moreover what I have noticed is that is very strange is it will get disconnected around 5 pm in the evening and again get connected around 10 am in the morning and on Saturdays and Sundays it is again at its own whim. There is no official who cares to take any responsibility. Ferozepur, as you know is a backward area and nobody bothers to complaint about this matter out of laziness or ignorance. I am a teacher and needs the connectivity to teach my students but after complaining so many times there is no permanent solution.
