Hi,

This is to inform you that i have had hoisted my website through your company and since then if i need to access the control panel that was provided to me, i need to call your tech support 10 times and still its the same. I do not understand what kind of service are you offering. Though it is cheap but indeed it is cheap. We need to beg for things to actually work.

Every time i need to make some change, I am redirected and asked to raise a ticket. In the past 3 days, i have raised tickets and till now, there has been no response from your side. If the same thing continues for a few more days, i will not mind wasting my money and taking my service from some other reliable service provider.

One more thing... please remove the 99% satisfaction mark off your advertisements as I am sure that there would be many more people effected like me...
