Mails are not working

We have signed with Manashosting 2 month before. From day 1 we are facing the problem with them. Mails never work properly. Always we have to complain. after complain they will close the file just like that. No proper service. we are not happy with them.
They dont know how emportent mails nowaday in world. after seeing this also, if they dont responce i will sue on them.
dear readers, please dont go with this company. they are realy not good.
