Poor Service & Support

Manashostng is the worst in providing basic services required for hosting and site management. They are claiming for 24 X 7 support but one has to wait for 3-4 hrs to get somebody from Manashostng to chat and explain the issue.

I have never got any solution from chat support. When I called then on call still issues dont get solved. People are rude and never allow us to talk to their senior. I wish I would have seen this forum earlier.

I have paid 3000 rs and due to them my functionalities are not working, I can not update my site properly and it is bigger loss to me.

Kindly do needful, and as so many complaints are there against Manashosting, is it possible to force them to shut the company and banned them from cheating more people.
