Harrassent and abusive behaviou

Hello,

I have a registered domain with manas hosting (Parent company is in bangalore and the tech support is in hyderabad). After they took the money they are not supporting any calls or fixing the problem. When i call i am redirect to billing, sales and techi support. When i called the tech suppor the calls were received by I have an domain registered with Manas hosting. when i called them up on friday evening. There were 2 people who received my call. The way the spoke i cannot write in this mail. The number i have called is 04044580700 and etxn 1

When i again called to know the name f theperson, he used all the above 4 names and i feel he is the same guy who has abused me using words like B*****, i am fliing a complaint against manas hosting and these people. I am also going and filing an consumer complaint aganist these. I want to know what is the action you are taking. Please take action against them
