No Network All the time

I am totally dissatisfied with the service being provided by the citi cable at Kalyan this useless. Whenever there is a complaint nobody picks up the phone. Every day network is not working I spoke to Mr. Nilesh his cel no. 9821266521 & Mr, Ritesh Cel no. 9769977820 . Every time they give us excuse for some thing and nowaday they are not attending the call also This is the worst service provider I have ever seen. We made advance payment for 3 months.
