Worst Service by 99Labels.com

Hi guys don't shop at 99Labels. I have placed order for Jewellery at 99Labels.com (Order No: 9912343) on 11-09. From the next 2 days i have placed the order i have been daily checking for the Order status, though it was an hectic job i could not find the Courier Service Name updated on the site in my Order details.

All of a sudden i received the ordered product yesterday without any update on the site, but the product was damaged. 99Labels had not taken utter care while packing the product. I received my packed order compresses. My jewellery items were just packed in a normal paper box. This is the worst experience that i had shopping online.
