Follg is the sequence of evetns-

8. on feb 23- Please be updated that we will initiate the refund process tomorrow.

The same will reflect in 2-3 working days.

9. on feb 28 - The refund has not yet reflected in the a/c. Please do the needful.

10. Further, please be updated that the refund initiated to you bounced back.

We will be re-initiating the same tomorrow.

11. feb 28 - Please refund the amount - eventhough I know it is not in your policy.

I have had enough with the consignment and now with the credits.

How much do I have to follow up for MY CASH that you have with you???

12. march 2 - What is the status of the refund??? It has been quite a while since you have taken up the matter. With no response from your side I really wonder if customer support exists or is it defunct??? I am left with no other option but to go to the consumer forum.

13. march 2 thank you for writing to us. As per the telecom you will get your refund by today.

14. march 3 - WHERE IS THE REFUND???

IT IS NOT REFLECTING IN THE CREDIT POINTS AS PROMISED BY YOU. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE FALSE PROMISES. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED CONSUMER FORUM AND YOU WILL SOON HEAR FROM THEM.
