Unprofessional attitude Airtel broadband

I had recently purchased an airtel broadband connection on the 28th of march 899 money back offer where in you get 6 gb of data transfer @ 4mpbs and after the completion of that the speed comes down to 512kpbs which is what airtel had claimed but later on I found out that the speed is only 256 kpbs a pure sales strategy from their end to sell and dump the production to the customer.
Airtel had called me for confirmation calls and they communicated the same, on the 4th of april my land line and internet was not working.
I call up customer care on 6th and 9th of april they assured me that everything will be fine and its a minor server issue all across tamil nadu a pure lie.
And when I called them up on 11th for the status as I didn't see any progress they tell me that your connection has been cancelled due to
Executive 1 - no usage of land line
Executive 2 - connection commitment mismatch
And the initial payment of 2000 INR is still with them.
This has indeed been the worst customer care service ever encountered by me.
