Tablet Not Working Properly

Dear Sir,

I am Purchase Aakash 7inch Tablet UBISLATE I-Pad Killer Android Global Inc. online through Rediff shoping from Infinity Global Inc. on dated 8th July'12. this item is defective not working properly. I am already Inform to rediff shoping, Infinity Global and Datawind. But not find any solution yet. as per rediffshoping customer care contact you direct vendor because item is under warrenty (1Years) and i was sended for repairing at Infinty global Kandivali Mumbai before 15day then he was said this is not a service centre contact you to rediffshoping so Please help you and take you necessary action against INfinity & Rediffshoping.
