I have made an online purchase of some diabetic medicines and Swami Ramdev's Yoga CD and paid US$ 54.75 on 22 Oct vide Order ID # 17927. In spite of repeated reminders I have not received the ordered items or my money back. Moreover, there is no response to my online queries and emails. In fact I have provided my Kerala address if it is difficult for them to deliver the items here in UAE (in fact they claim to deliver anywhere in the world). Their website is
