Low Speed and Unlimited Plan Problem

I purchase Mblaze MTS wireless internet device which has no proper network and speed last month i recharged Rs999 Unlimited Plan for 30 Days but they disconnect my net before 8-10 days i do complaint customer care daily two-three times but did not solve my problem than i again recharge Rs.999 unlimited Plan 02/06 now they did not giving me proper speed now showing 20-70kbps speed and can not using broadbond mode also.
