MBlaze Introductory Offer
Complaint against MBlaze Free Offe

I have purchased a Sony Vaio Carry Laptop at E Zone, T.Nagar, Chennai for my son on 07.03.2010 with the Introductory Offer of MTS with MBlaze, get additional FREE surfing worth Rs.1500 for 30 days validity (MBlazer 15 GB for Rs.1500) vide Cash Memo # T21/2327. My Ref. Phone No.9150953903. Your representative in the E Zone Shop Mr. Basha, Cell No.09710568403 gave me two pamphlets for this Free Offer and assured us to purchase the Sony Vaio with the Free MBlazer 15 GB for 1500 for 30 days validity. However, the validity period was restricted by 7 days from the date of purchase.

When I contacted your representative in the E Zone Mr. Basha, he is telling that he had wrongly given the old pamphlets and he would talk to one Mr. Sriprasad, Data Card Supervisor and come back. But so far, he did not contact me and avoid taking my phones. This shows that your MTS people in Chennai have cheated the customers by telling lies to sell your product. This is totally shame on your part to encourage such people to sell your product in the market. You can 'Cheat' One-Time only. Okay.
