Lack of structure

I got my personal internet connection from bsnl government agency... just a week back. suddenly jus a 5 days later it got disconnected.when i contacted the toll free number ..they gave me a another number a local exchange number..i contacted... they said its not there department and advised me to call the toll free number again.i did the same again... and again the whole thing continued like a melo drama. now things got even better my phone gone dead and it as been a week... till now my phone and internet connection are dead... what is this a beautiful customer service to remember...
