Metamax Broadband Services
Non Payment of Rentals

Internet & Web

Dear Sir / Mam

Hi Its Me Jalesh from Vadodara. I have been a Metamax Broadband Services user since April. As promised by the Co RailTel Than to Pay Rs. 400 rent per month till today I haven't received single money. As & when I call the local chap for the same they give me lame excuse that it is couriered & you will get it either on 15th or if not on 1st of the next month... Last evening I contacted on of their local chap for my Payment & he said that the cheques have been sent by courier but we have not yet received the same. Further he said that as your renewal is due (just to mention that I have opted for Monthly Subscription of these services) & now if you lodge complaint to the HO for your rental cheque I will not be responsible if they disconnect your services...

I just want to say that are these type of services allowed by any law that if you ask for your own money than you will be penalized by stopping your services by just showing reason that you have not renewed the subscription... But what happens to the outstanding amount to be paid to the customer by the co, for which a legal valid contract has been made to pay rentals on monthly basis..

So Please look into the matter & assist me to get the best from them at all times...

Thanks
